Look no further for a refreshing, nutritious, protein-packed, and antioxidant filled smoothie to keep you cool on these hot summer days!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Optional: 1/8 tsp aloe vera gel flakes (for extra antioxidants and hydration)
- Optional toppings: granola, nut butter, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, hemp seeds, shredded coconut
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Tip: if using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to smoothie before blending.
